PURCHASE TERMS

To make a reservation you must pay a porcentage by activity. This amount is variable according to the activities but is usually around 20% of total. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash in our office in Madrid on the street Paseo Santa María de la Cabeza 28, 1º Izda. 28045 Madrid.

You can make changes and make returns reservations fee up 7 days before the event. After that date, reservations are confirmed and subject to the possible casualties lost. Increase people is possible if there is availability. 
NOTE: There are activities that can vary the number of days to make returns. Always consult activity information and/or information dossier.

Activities and schedules are subject to last minute changes outside Big Eventos. Anyway always we offer an alternative or a refound of the reservation.
